I’m a Qualified Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner, with full insurance and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), offering holistic treatments from my home in a beautifully renovated treatment room, designed to feel calm, peaceful and welcoming.

Holistic therapies have always been a passion of mine. They have supported me in my own life journey, which has inspired me to train and develop my skills so I can share these amazing benefits with others.

My aim is for every client to feel safe, supported and genuinely cared for. Each session is tailored to the clients needs with compassion, intention, creating a space where the mind and body can relax, realign and restore.
