Bookings and Treatment Policies
-
At Positive Soles, I want every visit to feel calm, comfortable and unhurried. These policies help appointments run smoothly and ensure every client receives the time and care they deserve.
Appointments & Bookings
All treatments are by appointment only and should be booked in advance. Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking so you receive your confirmation and any important treatment information.
Appointment times include consultation and preparation where applicable.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
Short-notice changes leave limited opportunity to fill your appointment, resulting in lost treatment time and income. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time reserved for you.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment without giving notice, this will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100% of the treatment fee, in accordance with the policy accepted when booking.
Card Details & Cancellation Payments
When confirming your booking through Fresha, you will be asked to provide card details securely and accept the booking and payment policy.
Your saved card may be charged for late cancellations, late rescheduling or missed appointments in accordance with that policy.
If payment is declined or cannot be collected, you will be sent a secure online payment request. Any outstanding balance must be paid before further appointments can be booked. Future bookings will also require payment in full at the time of booking. may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, I will do my best to provide as much of your treatment as possible. However, your appointment may need to be shortened so that the next client's treatment is not affected. The full treatment fee may still apply.
Health & Wellbeing
Before your first treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form and provide relevant health information.
Please let me know about any medical conditions, medication, pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries or changes to your health. In some circumstances, a treatment may need to be adapted or postponed, or you may be advised to seek guidance from a healthcare professional before treatment.
Illness
If you are feeling unwell, have a fever or may have a contagious illness, please contact me before attending so we can decide whether your appointment should be rearranged.
Your Comfort
Your comfort is important throughout your treatment. Please let me know if you would like the pressure, temperature or positioning adjusted. You can ask for your treatment to be paused or stopped at any time.

To ensure a calm, relaxing and safe environment for everyone, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate children or additional guests at Positive Soles. This is due to insurance and safety requirements, as well as there being no separate waiting area available.
Please ensure that childcare arrangements are made before attending your appointment, as I would never want to be in the position of having to turn you away on arrival.
Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping me maintain the peaceful and relaxing environment at Positive Soles. description
